Can't access document to sign it

Please help. I logged out of Adobe and went back into the email with the Review and Sign link and still get this message. I can't figure out what else I am supposed to log out of. Thanks.

Try this: go to adobe.com and sign in as usual.  Clic on Viw Account and then go to Account and security and clic on Sign-in and security.  Scroll down to Active Sessions and clic on End all sessions.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

 

As per the error message, you might have access to the Adobe Sign account registered with that email which was not signed out. If you have signed out of the account, try clearing the cache and cookies for the browser.

You may also try opening the link in a new incognito window of the Chrome browser. Check if that helps.

If the error still appears on that browser, try launching the Acrobat Sign (https://secure.echosign.com/public/login) and sign in using the email address mentioned in the error message. Then sign out of the account.
