Question

Can't access google drive integration

Among the many issues I am facing with the new Adobe Sign I am unable to load documents from Google Drive to add signature fields. When I choose the google drive option all I get is a blank white box that pops up with nothing in it. Normally my Google drive documents and folders are there to choose from.

Respectfully,

Paul

Still no response to the screenshots I posted. An answer would be greatly appreciated.

Hi All,

The issue has been resolved.

Would you please check if you can upload the documents from Google Drive without any issue?

Let us know if you experience any issue.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Hi Meenakshi,

I just tried today, and am still getting a blank popup when I try to add a file from Google Drive.

The screenshots from @pauldeanwells are the same ones I see: I choose to add a file, I select Google Drive, I sign into my Google Drive account, and then I get a blank popup.

Thanks,

I am still having the same issue with google drive integration and no response to my post. That's not very helpful or reassuring.

Hi Paul,

Sorry for the trouble caused.

As per your concern to the missing old documents, the issue has been reported to the team already.

They are currently working on it.

As you have mentioned that the Google Drive integration is missing, we did try to check it on our end.

However, the option is available on our end.

It would be helpful if can share the screenshot of the window, where you cannot find the option.

To share the screenshot, use the steps provided below:

- Click on the insert icon provided in the reply window as shown below:

- An Insert Image window will appear.

- Then click on Insert Image and browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

- Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.

We appreciate your patience.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Below are two screenshots of what I see after clicking the "add files" link to add files. I omitted the screen that reveals me signing in to my google account for obvious reasons.  The second screenshot is what I see after successfully signing into Google Drive. The steps are: click add files, click Google Drive, choose google account to use, then I get a white box which normally has my Google Drive folders in it. Ever since the update it does not load the files and folders and only gives a white empty box.

I have successfully signed into Google Drive so that is not the issue. I have cleared all history and browsing data then closed Chrome and restarted PC. I have the same issue on multiple machines. I was able to have success with only one browser (Edge). It may be an issue with the new update not being fully compatible with Chrome.

I am sure you will say "use Edge as a work around". However, I would greatly appreciate the team looking into why it no longer works with Chrome after the update. I use Google Chrome and I am deeply integrated into the google ecosystem. I had ZERO issues with the old version of sign. After reading the replies in the forum from Adobe staff, it is becoming painfully obvious that we will not get the old version back. I, like everyone else, have already started looking at alternative companies for e-signatures.

Note: It is not due to the pop up blocker in Chrome. I have already disabled it to be sure.

Respectfully,

Paul

Additional note: all PCs are running Windows 10 64 bit with the latest updates.

Not only are all my documents from before 8-9-18 missing but I can't even send a new document for signature since I can not access my Google Drive Docs since that is where all my documents are already typed up in Google Docs format. I have a client waiting on a contract and can't even send it out.
