Can't access my signed agreement

I've had an agreement shared with me via my [Email address removed by Moderator] email address. I have signed it and shared a link to the signed document; [Link removed by the moderator]

I can't access this file, and it is not listed in my adobe dashboard!

How can I get an access to this document?

As you have shared the email with the signed copy on your alternate email, could you please let us know if you received the file for signature from another source?

If you have sent the file for signature yourself, please share all the steps you did to better understand the workflow. 

The link that you have shared above is not the correct link or the document link. 

Also, check if you can access the signed document from your account on which you have received the document for signature. 

 

NOTE: Please do not share your email address and Adobe Signed document link publicly or any social sites.
