Can't authorize from Office 365

Adobe Sign Plug in for Word and Power Point get stucked in authorization.

 

The plug was ok for some days but then it stopped to authorize in all the final users.

Did you ever got this resolved? I'm assuming that I'm facing the same issue: We are using Office 365 (latest version). After providing Sign with the Office 365 credentials, the wait cursor constantly rotates.

Hi Andreas, we are still with the problem.

I think it is s a gray zone between Office 365 and Adobe Sign. We are currently in a support ticket for second time with Adobe Sign. Hopefully, they give us some responses.

Thanks for this update. Since this seems to be a reproducable issue it should not a problem for Adobe to solve it. But I know what it means to try to get support from Adobe Sign. I keep my fingers crossed.
