I filled out a form for the government which required a digital signature handled by AdobeSign.
I filled out the form, signed, then entered my email information for adobesign to send me a confirmation of that signature.
The following email stated: You are done signing "name-of-form-here". The Agreement is fully executed. You can open the final document to review its activity history or download a copy for reference.
The link supplied to "download a copy" and/or open the document links to a dead link. "null".
I've tried to open this link on several platforms with no success...
My biggest concern is, if the email confirms that the agreement is fully executed and the document has been signed, even though I cannot open the document...Can I rest assured that the originator received the document based on the "Fully Executed and Signed" statement?

Yes, and they STILL haven't answered this. I have 30 days to get my SSA-455 in to Social Security and I have NO idea if it went through. This is ridiculous. Somebody please ANSWER this thread.

Go to https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/agreements/#agreement_type=agreement&agreement_state=comple... and check if your documents are there.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.
Please let us know if the issue still occurs. As the link is not working, check if you can see the document under the completed folder for Acrobat Sign agreements.
Once the document is signed and filed, the sender receives the email, and the document gets updated in the Acrobat Sign account.
