Can't open pdf to digitally sign

We are getting attached message when we try to open downloaded pdf to digitally sign. I can confirrm that I have installed Adobe Acrobat DC and Adobe Reader latest version in my PC. 

However I'm getting this message repeatedly.

Hi Suranga,

 

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

It seems that you are opening the PDF on browser, not in the desktop application.

Once you download the PDF, open it in dektkop application from the download folder.

If the issue persists, share the screenshot of the complete window.
