can we restrict adobe web form attachment size

Is there any way to restrict the attcahment size in adobe web form.

@Meenakshi Negi  our office have a adobe sign licence. Is that configuration for attachment size restriction avaialable if we have a adobe sign licence ?

I can see that  Attachments are limited to 25 pages and 5 MB.

Supported formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, BMP, PDF, DOC, DOCX, WP, TXT, RTF, HTM, or HTML

But these attachments are converetd to pdf by adobe. If I attach TXT file can I download as TXT file ?
