Can you remove a name from a Send for Signature Distribution while it is circulating?

I am going to send out a document for signature that will have a distribution list of about 20 people.  It is not required that they all sign so I would like to remove a name from the distribution list if they do not want to sign or just not responding to the request.   An acceptable alternative would be for the signee to just "pass" it along the next person on the distribution with out signing.  It would be ok for the name to stay on the document
