The cancellation email message is misleading. It states that the agreement will be deleted for all parties and yet we found everyone can still access the agreement. We want the agreement to be able to be accessed still after being cancelled and don't want it to be deleted but would like the message altered.

The feature for changing messages is only available in Acrobat Sign for Business or Enterprise.

Please let us know when you canceled the agreement. Was it when it was sent for signature or after it was signed by all recipients?
Also, confirm from where the document is available to the recipients. The document appears in which folder to them.
It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording for a better understanding.

The agreement was cancelled by the last recipient who was part of a signing group. The agreement was not completed before it was cancelled. The agreement is available to the recipients within their cancelled folder.
