Cannot access Adobe Sign since migrating to VIP license

Worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time.  No one to speak to directly.  All the links break which are sent to help.  Finally get through to call centre in India but the phone lines are so terrible you cannot communicate/hear.   We are now cancelling our licenses and moving to Docu Sign instead.

We can't even migrate!  I'm impressed you found a phone number - we can't even get online support to work

The same problems here. Adobe does not have access to our system to migrate it
