Cannot cancel agreement in Salesforce Adobe Sign

Hi,

We have issues with AdobeSign for Salesforce.

The user has the necessary permission set assigned, has the Cancel button available.

When selecting one agreement from the list of agreements (by checking the checkbox next to it) and click on Cancel, they receive the below error:

Permission for bulk operation denied by your Salesforce System administrator.

Can you please let me know what the reason could be?
