just joined adobe sign. Very cool, excited to see the iPhone app dashboard. but the app will not let me sign in. Username/password reset error. I've verified my username and password online. could it be an issue with the latest app? or iOS10?

Just to confirm, please put in your email and password using the Adobe ID option given in the app.
As your account is in the Adobe ID channel.

Please uninstall the app, reboot the iPhone & reinstall the app using the below link:
- Adobe Sign on the App Store​
Now Sign IN using your Adobe ID.

I wish this was the solution. Just uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, and same error.

Emailed you the screenshot - never heard back.... same problem. I've seen lots of people with the same unresolved issue. Could it be a problem with the authentication server/logic for the app?
