Cannot login using verification code... technical support on vacation

Does anyone have same experience. It is impossible to get technical support on chat or phone....

I am trying to log in, and when i receive email with my Verification code, It gives me:adobe1.jpg

If i try to call someone or chat, it sends me to technical support, which is on vacation or something like that...
