Cannot save my files from adobe fill and sign to my iCloud

Today I updated my iOS and I can no longer save my files from adobe fill and sign to my iCloud.  Can someone help me fix this?

Could you please let us know the exact steps you do to save the PDF to iCloud?

What happens when you try to save it? Do you get any error message?

Did you check if  it happens only with the iCloud or with other locations as well?

Please share the application and iOS version on the device.
