CC email recipient not receiving when signed

I am having an issue with my Adobe Sign. Whenever I CC people to be copied and receive the notification emails when recipients sign the document the individuals who are being CC'd are not receiving the notification emails.

issue solved. You have to enter the email address in the "CC" box and then click "add".

We thought you could enter one email address and only needed to hit "add" if you wanted to add multiple email addresses to the CC field. It turns out of you don't hit "add" after typing the email in the CC box it does not go through.

I am having this issue as well, except mine are being added as cc's in the program.  They also appear in the audit report, and I'm seeing them as a cc when I get the email after fully signed. The cc is telling me it is not in their inbox.
