CFR Compliant - Self Signature

Our organization has recently purchased licenses for Adobe Sign and I have setup the account with the proper send settings and Biophrama settings to comply with CFR Part 11.

With that said, I do not get the same verification requirements when self signing, nor do users.  How do I ensure that the self signing (Fill and Sign) are compliant too?  I've searched everywhere and my settings are per instructions, but nothing is triggering additional verification, nor stamps after signing.
