Change email display name

The display name associated with the echosign@echosign.com address is incorrect but I don't see where to change that.   I contacted support who directed me to the forums.   As an example, when a recipient gets their copy of a signed agreement, it comes from    Acme company <echosign@echosign.com>    and I need to change the display name from "Acme Company" to something else.  Thanks for the help!

For instructions on how to change your profile (and display) name, please go to: Change name for an Adobe Sign Profile when using an Adobe ID to log in

If this doesn't work, you could also request for the Adobe Sign Support-team to change the name on your behalf. With the Business license you have access to 24x7 telephone, live chat and email support. To find out the Adobe Sign support contact details, please log in to your Adobe Sign Account and click on the '?' sign on the top right-hand corner of your screen.

Alternatively, you may be able to change the display name yourself in your Adobe Sign Account by going to the Accounts tab >  Personal Preferences > My Profile > Click on the 'Edit' button and change your first and last name to the new Display name.
