Change Webform - cc email address

New Here ,
Jun 21, 2023 Jun 21, 2023

Once a webform is created, is there a way to change/update the cc: on where completed copies of the forms are sent?

It appears that I may need to create a new webform to accomplish this?

Thank you in advance.

Yes, thankfully!  In the "Manage" section, select or highlight the form line.  A grey detail section should slide out from the right side of the screen.  In the "CC Participants" section, you can replace the CC participant.

I am having the same issue and can't find the "manage" section anywhere. Where can I find it?

When I click "edit" on the webform it takes me straight to the "Prepare" screen rather than the "Add" screen where I had previously entered the email addresses for cc etc. And it seems there is no way to get back.

Thanks

This is how it looks on my screen.  You need to select the form without opening it to make the menu on the right appear.  Then scroll down to the "CC Participants."  I hope it helps.

Thanks! Unfortunately I don't have that option by the looks. I wonder if it's something to do with the Aus version of the product. I guess I'll wait and hope there will be an update soon

Hi Carly28489336t81y,

Sorry about the delayed response.

Please check if you can access the web form using the steps mentioned in the following community thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-acrobat-online-discussions/easily-access-amp-manage-adobe-sign-.... Then try to use the edit option.

Refer to the following document on what can and can't be edited in Webform: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/adv-user/web-form/edit.html

Hope the information helps.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Thanks! It seems it may be because we don't have an enterprise account, as the info page you linked says:

  • the email address of the CC'd parties to be edited (enterprise accounts only)

Ah well! Might have to create the form again so I can include a different cc. Thanks for the info,

Carly

This is mindblowing! I just ran into the same issue. I understand Adobe has various tiers, but the removal of basic features for each tier is really beyond imagination.

I upgraded to the business account to have the ability to reuse template fields (in other words, the ability to update an underlying PDF after having added fields), but now this is one tier beyond again?... Shame on Adobe for such a user-unfriendly approach

It's 2025 and this feature still isn't available on paid subscription.  Unbelievable.
