Checkboxes - must select at least one, may select more

Hello,

I am trying to create a document that outlines multiple options with checkboxes wherein at least one box must be checked, although more may be checked. i.e. if there are two checkboxes, one may be checked, two may be checked, but zero may not be checked. At least one must be selected.

Is it possible to create this with text tags?
