Question

Client states his form is already signed, however it isn't from my side

I have sent same client 4 forms to sign, all have been successful bar one. I have sent it twice and my log in states that its not complete and not signed, however when client tries to sign it, it states it is already completed and signed, any help here is appreciated as I have already sent it twice.

Please check the completed document list as well to confirm. It can be a glitch.

Check with the signer if he has received the document signed confirmation email after completing the document.

Also, check your inbox for the same. 

Open the form and check the action history of the document at your end. Share the screenshot with us.
