Compare Adobe Sign document with original

Question

I want to send a document for signature, so I use Adobe Sign. When the signer receives the document, they donwload the .pdf (via other actions) and then try to run "Compare Documents" in Acrobat DC...unfortunatly the file they download to sign is certified, and Acrobat DC won't allow the Compare Document to process.

How can a person who recevies an e-mail form Adobe to sign a document verify the content is as what was previously agreed to?

Hi Davidm,

There is no option to compare the Adobe Sign document.

You can manually check the documnt if there are any changes or not in the document. However, you it cannot be compared as the document gets encrypted.
