Confirmation to sign with my account

When some of my colleagues send out documents to sign the window below doesn’t show up and we need to painfully delegate each document:

 

Could please someone help us with this?

Reaching out wasn't easy. A Forum is really a bad idea for a ticket system... but I don't want to rant over adobes decision on this. Back to topic...

The Workflow is as follows:
1) One employee signs and sends out document which needs a signature from two persons (including the initial employee) to a group mail box were it is then collected from a random second employee.
2) The second employee opens the received mail and enters the link to the document to sign, now there a two different ways what could happen (which I think is due to differences between the Accounts which sent the document).

 a) The window open pops up and the second employee is offered to sign with his/her own adobe sign account.

 b) The link opens up the document with a signature from the group mail and the second employee needs to delegate the document manually to him/her own adobe sign account.

Would you mind confirming the Adobe plan used by your company or colleagues? 

Also, if the window in the screenshot does not appear, what happens when they open the link to sign the document?

Hi @Meenakshi Negi,  

We got the Acrobat PRO DC Licence including Adobe sign.
If the window does not appear, then the employee who actived the link isn't logged in with his/her own Adobe Id but as the group mail address. He/she can then fill out their name or any name (which is the issue) but sign as the group mail address or they need to manually forward the document to be signed with their own adobe sign account.
