Contract showing as out for signature even though it's been signed

I have sent several contracts that have come back and signed and filed but they are still showing in my out for signature section - any idea why? Anyone else had this issue?

Can you inbox me any random transaction detail which is still shown as Out for signature:

-Sender's email.

-Signer's email.

-Date.

-Document Name.

I am having the same issue where a client will sign their document, and then it is supposed to be sent to me for my signature, but it isn't going anywhere. It shows that it has been seen by my client, but it's like it's stuck. Do you have any solutions? Can I privately send you screen shots of what my issue is? Thanks!
