i have got a contract from my employer

i cant fill in the date

an that is the only thing thats keeping me from finishing my contract

it keeps saying " Please enter a valid date using following format : MM,e.g.,11

 

I have tried everything but it won't accept it.

Could somebody please help me out ?

Hi,

 

Have the creator of the form fix the date format for the signature field.  

 

It seems that when this date field was created they formatted the date to accept only  MM which is custom date format value to indicate  minutes only , and it is wrong anyway.   

 

You should be able to select a date from a calendar picker the desired date  and then the format should be displayed automatically, like for example: 18 Feb 2020 (which would be assigned in the Format tab of that field as d mmm yyyy).
