Couldn't sign any pdf - bug Adobe Acrobat

Hi,

I'm going crasy about the digital sign tool with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2021.007.20099.

I couldn't sign any pdf with my certificate. In fact, the software go on bug :

First I go to Tools > Certificates > Digitally Sign > And create the space for signature. At that moment, when the sign space as been made, Acrobat become grey and don't show anything to complete the sign. It's like it didn't show the tools after creating the sign space on the pdf. To quit, all i can do is do an "escape" on keyboard.

I need to sign my pdf with my certificate, and i couldn't do it with adobe pro. Very disapointed.

Hope there is something to do to resolve this bug.

It does not look like you are using Adobe sign, but just Acrobat, it's better to post this in the Acrobat forum, or indeed contact Acrobat support.

If your certitifcate had you install any additional software, reaching out to the certitifcate provider may be useful as well.
