Create a Reusable Layer

How do I create a reusable layer?

As below does not work.

Use a Form Field Template

Reason being I don't want to have to drag and drop fields everytime I send a document as my quotes have the fields on the pdf in same spot everytime.

Sales told me I could do this, when I signed up to individual monthly just earlier today, as thought it wasnt possible in a free account. So I signed up. But still cant do it.

No I do not have that.

You are supposed to be able to do it in EchoSign. But the feature seems to have disappeared.

Richard, I can create re-usable templates with my enterprise account. I just tried on my personal account on the bottom right after you have created your form, but before you send it, there is a check-box to Save to document library. It is right on top of the send button. I would guess that after you send the form, it would do exactly that.

Do you have Acrobat Pro? I use that to create reusable templates.
