Creative Cloud License include Adobe Sign Up

The Creative Cloud All Apps includes the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application, which automatically includes the Adobe Sign service along with it.

Acrobat comes with Adobe Sign individual-level service plan included with it. So, you will have access to all the features that are available in the individual service plan in Adobe Sign.
