CSV file problem

My goal is to put the data of 100 customers in a CSV file. But I currently have a problem with my CSV file.

First of all, when I download my CSV sample file, here is the presentation I have :

While in the tutorial video here's how the data is directly noted (in columns):

When I do the manipulation to put my CSV sample file in columns, the file is not recognized anymore:

So I can't find a solution to copy the data of my customers in the sample CSV file with commas. Do you have a solution?

P.S : Data of my customers are set in columns in an Excel file.
