Date and time no longer showing underneath signatures

Hi

Recently, we have noticed that the date and time of signature (usually appearing in blue) as stopped appearing under the Siganature field.  Why is this?  

We need these dates to be showing as in some instances the documents may take a few days for all parties to sign.
