Delete Document Template from Library Template Adobe Sign

Hi,

We have an enterprise account and a previous user our organization shared with us document templates that we would like to no longer appear in our list of templates.  The user has been deactivated but the documents they created still appear, unless we filter them out of course.  We would like a permanent solution to avoid having her documents clutter our list by default, thanks!

Hi mgallagherco ,

Please refer to the documentation in the below link for the steps to access INACTIVE users account:

- Shared Files - Acrobat.com

Once you gain access to the INACTIVE users account, you can delete the Library templates from his account or you can disable Account sharing.

Regards,

Aadesh

Hello,

I am currently having this same issue of a prior user, no longer with our organization and account removed, that has an old saved template that cannot be deleted. I have attempted the steps in the shared documentation, however the message:

Unable to process CSV
Headers (first line of the CSV) are missing or invalid

appears when uploading the csv file with the New Email Address header on column D. Is there an updated process for how to handle this issue? Can we allow administrative accounts to have full access to all templates regardless of uploader moving forward?
