Digital signature with cloud signature providers

Hi,

We are using adobe sign Business. We mostly use this collect digital signatures with cloud signature. Herefore we use Itsme as we are a Belgian company. Unfortunately, this is only possible for Belgian citizens. When we need signatures from foreign persons they are not able to use Itsme.

I see there are a lot of other cloud signature providers (e.g. Infocert, Digidentity, Globalsign ...)

Could you let me know what provider we can best recommend to our Spanish and other European partners? And is this priceless for us? I know for Itsme we had to pay ourselves to have the possibility for our partners to sign via Itsme. Is this the same for the other providers?

You may check the "Allowed Cloud Signature Providers" in the Adobe Sign account settings. Please refer to the following help document for more information: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/digital-id-preselection-settings.html.

As you are sending the document, Adobe sign gives you the option to select the signature providers from the list of the options. However, it only allows the certificate from the following provider. As these are third-party providers, we do not have any information about the price. 

To know about the best provider for your Spanish and other European partners, you may contact the Adobe Sign Enterprise support team. They might suggest some options.
