do all signers have to have Adobe to sign?

We would like to use Adobe Sign but many of our users don't have Adobe products on their PCs- will they still be able to sign or will it require them to get and Adobe product in order to complete the signature?

    Hi Brandont,

    If you send the document for signature from Adobe Sign, it is not necessary for the signers to have the Adobe Sign account.

    They will simply receive the document as a link in the email account.

    They just need to click on that link and the document will open automatically in the Adobe Sign interface on the browser.

    Then they can fill and submit the form, even if they do not have the Adobe Sign account.
