Document Process Problem

Hello there, I am having trouble sending an agreement to my recipient. Whenever I tried to send my agreement, I would get an email from Adobe Sign stating, "We had a problem processing your document,"

can you let me know if I am doing something wrong or/and need to fix something on my end.

@deja_8914 How big is this file? Sometimes, large file sizes or complex documents with many form fields can cause processing issues, so consider if your agreement falls into this category. 

The file that you are trying to send, is it a PDF? I would double check the file by opening the PDF to make sure that the PDF isn't corrupted—try opening the file to make sure it looks as expected. 

Next, double-check the recipient's email address to ensure it's entered correctly without any typos. On their end, their mailbox may be full or have a limit on how big the files that they can receive too. 

Also, verify your Adobe Sign account status to make sure it's active and in good standing. I

Can you take a screen shot of the error message? There might be a error code with specific details within the error notification email from Adobe Sign might provide more clues about the nature of the problem.
