Document Verification in Acrobat Sign

When I request for signatures using adobe acrobat sign. the signer is in AUS. For the home address state options are only for US? Can anyone help me remove that?

It seems that you are using the Knowledge-based authentication (KBA). Currently, the feature is only applicable to US-based recipients. You may try different modes of authentication.
