Salve, l account sign penso di averlo in quanto mi è stata confermata tramite mail, ma se così non fosse come posso fare a vedere se in effetti mi hanno abilitato all'utilizzo?

comunque lo fa con tutti i browser e con diversi dispositivi.

Niente da fare, neanche con la nuova finestra di navigazione in incognito sul browser Chrome utilizzando il collegamento: https://secure.echosign.com/public/login, non accede e mi da sempre lo stesso errore.

Cos'altro posso provare?
