Drop Down option on form

Question

We have a form with a drop down option (not one we have created) which we need to send to people to complete and sign. However, when I try and send for signing I am getting an error message 'drop down options cannot be blank'. We cannot fill this in before sending, the applicant needs to complete this.

How can I send this?

Hi Carol,

The Dropdown field is a list of selections, in which only a single selection can be made from that list. You will have to fill up the selections so that the signer can choose any one out of those options. It doesn't actually fills up the field itself but provides a range of selections to choose from.
