Dynamics365 Reports

I am trying to figure out how to get a report in Dynamics CRM 365 to go out through adobe sign, (send signature). I have an Order report "SalesOrder" built in Dynamics cant seem to figure out how to select that to be sent for e-signature. When I go into the Data mapping form I don't see anything that would relate the mapping to the actual "SalesOrder" report I have built in dynamics.
