E-sign Cloud Failure - Adobe Support seems to have no idea

Can no longer log into Adobe e-sign. Adobe cloud is fine but e-sign is missing from it. So If I log into e-sign I get an error message -  see image and if I log into Adobe cloud, I can get in but there is no e-sign button.  See image. Anyone any ideas on what is going on here and what the fix is?
