You can if you have Sign for Enterprise o for Business.  Add, modify, or delete the expiration date for an existing agreement (adobe.com)

 Iwas informed the option to modify expiration date for an e sign doc you must have sign for enterprise or a business account.Our account is team adobe is that considered a Business account?
