When i am sending a document to be E-signed, one of the email addresses appears with a name. The name is not the right person and i don't know how to change/edit this?

As you have mentioned that one of the email addresses appears with a name.
Could you please let us know if it appears while you add the email address on the recipient field?
Or it appears after you have already sent the document for signature?

It is in the Recipient field. It then must appear once it is sent as the person i sent it to raised this issue with me.

Sorry for the delay in response.
Would it be possible to share the screenshot for a better understanding?
Also, confirm if it happens for a particular recipient email address.
It might be possible that the Recipient has created an Adobe Sign account with this incorrect name, which got saved automatically in your database.
