E-Sign/Send for Signature in Acrobat Pro DC

New Here ,
Apr 10, 2018 Apr 10, 2018

I have been using "Send for Signature/E-Sign" with no issues for months now.  With no warning, all of the sudden I started getting an error.  I send a document at 4pm yesterday with no issues and at 6pm, I started receiving an error.  Nothing changed between those times and it will not work anymore.  What is the best way to fix this?

Hi Seank,

As you have mentioned above that you receive an error, please share the error message.

It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot of the error message.

To share the screenshot, use the steps mentioned below:

- Click on the Insert image icon as shown below:

Capture screenshot.PNG

- An Insert Image window will appear.

- Then click on "Choose File" and browse to the location where you have saved the screenshot.

- Select the image file and click on "Open".

- Then click on "Insert Image" tab at the bottom to add it to forum reply.

Did you recently change the Adobe ID that you used to login to your Adobe Acrobat DC application?

Do you receive the same error when you send the documents directly from the Adobe Sign account?

Open this link Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign and sign-in to your Adobe Sign account.

Check if you can sign-in without any issue and send the documents.

It is hard to say anything without any information.

Let us know the information asked above.

We will be waiting for your response.

Regards,

Meenakshi
