E-signature - error code 403
when attempting to send file for e-signature, receiving error message "file upload failed (error code 403): we were not able to successfully establish any connection with the server."

Hello, I found a workaround to make it work from the app. Following these steps the problem is solved.
if the error is the following:

go to the top right of the application and click on your profile picture > account management:

After logging in on the following screen click on the highlighted button "View all services and APPS":

Then on "Access your apps and services" on the following screen:

Then click on "Electronic Signature" (1) and then on "Request electronic signatures" (2):

The following screen will appear, press "Cancel":

Now go back to the application on your PC and everything works fine:
