E-Signature Order Not Working

I utilize Adobe Sign every day for our procurement process. I am typically able to delegate signing to authorized signers in a specific order.

Often times team members need to sign more than once on the same document - but there are other signatures required before they can sign again. This means one signature field is available at a time in the predetermined order (it's a work process). I usually have no issue with this.

This week, each signer has access to multiple fields at once. When I tried to resolve this issue with Adobe, it told me to contact my dedicated Acrobat representative from my IT department. My IT department didn't understand the issue so I figured I'd come here.

Has anyone experienced this issue? If so, could you please help me resolve this issue?

I contacted Adobe support, and they seem to have a hard time believing that documents could be routed this way.  Was told several times "that's not how adobe sign works".  I then created a screen recording of me routing a document and screen shots of how it asks for two spots to be signed.

I also sent a recently completed file showing the time/date stamp of when the signer received, signed, etc. to show one person with the same email address signed 3 separate spots, 3 separate times. I thought that would help clear things up but was once again told "that's not how adobe sign works" .  So for now I was informed they would investigate.

Thank you so much for looking into this! You made it past my initial roadblocks, so I appreciate your time and help. Hoping they can resolve this ASAP.

This morning, I was testing adobe sign again and for some reason when I route a document it is only requesting one signature at a time, however when the person assigned to sign first opens the file there is a pop up message                "something went wrong we will redirect you to our classic experience" (see attached pic) after a countdown the screen/file looks like it did before, only requiring one spot to be signed.

I then had someone else in our organization route a document for signing, when they routed the file the issue with multiple signing still occurred.  We are all using the same version of Adobe, all set to classic view.  I am going to reach out to Adobe support again because we need this resolved ASAP.

I am an IT person at a company, and I just came here because we are experiencing the same issue.  We have been using Adobe Sign since 2020; this has happened for the first time.  I thought it was a user error, however it occurred when I routed the file as well.

If I resolve the issue I will update, but I have a feeling many people will be reporting this issue.

Good morning, I have the same issue from yesterday. It is not anymore possible to delegate signing to authorized signers in a specific order. Also, the template has a different color. It is affecting our permit to work signature process.
