I want to send a PDF using E-Sign and after going to this screen I do not appear to have the password protect product option as shown below. I am using Adobe Acrobat Standard DC.
I need this option to set a specific password that is applied to the signed PDF document so the document will be password protected after it is signed and submitted by all the recipients/signers.
How do I get this to appear please? At the moment mine only shows set reminder in that box.

We have checked that you are using the Acrobat Sign Entperise plan provided by your organization.
It might be possible that the Admin of the account has disabled the option in the Acrobat Sign account settings.
Please check with your Admin if the setting highlighted in the screenshot below is enabled:
