Echosign Account Disabled

I just got this message when I tried logging into my Echosign account. 


Account Disabled: Starting February 11th, 2016, the Adobe e-sign service will no longer allow using IE7 or IE8 to access the service (for login as well as signing documents). Please upgrade to the latest version of Internet Explorer or use another Adobe supported browser.


I was using Firefox nor explorer.  I also tried logging in with explorer.


Iphone app still letting me log in and is working.


Anyone else having this issue?

Yes, I am having the exact same issue. I urgently need access to my documents for time sensitive signatures and tried to upgrade my account as it said I could not put in a support ticket on an expired account.

Credit card went through and this still did not resolve the issue. Same red box with same Account Disabled message. I am using Chrome.

‌I chatted with Adobe online.  They are aware of the issue.  They told me to log off and log in again.  The message was gone.

I tried that again just now and unfortunately did not work to resolve my issue.... but  thanks
