Echosign agreement with Cyrillic characters

Hi -

I have an agreement that I am running through EchoSign, The doc is in English with a side-by-side translation in Russian. Saving the doc as a PDF. It processes fine on my end, however it won't open on the other end.

Is there a better file format?

    Sorry for the delay in response. 

    How did you send the file to the other party? If you have done that via Adobe Sign (formerly known as Echo Sign) there shouldn't be any problem.
