Hi,
I've been using the Echosign Free account (5 signs per month) for years and when I went to send a document today it said: System Error you are not authorized to send documents.
I called in and was transferred around three time, each time they said we have no record f your account. I explained I am logged in right now, and sent a document last month without issue.
Supports response was to log a ticket here....
Is there someone from Adobe thata can assist with a grandfathered EchoSign account???
