Embed fillable PDF in wordpress

Hey there,

I currently have a fillable and signable PDF copy of a W-9 tax form, and I'm looking to embed it in my website so that distributors/vendors can fill it out and get it to me quickly. However, all I've been able to do is find ways to email the form out, and I haven't found any ways to embed it. Is this possible? If not, is there any way for me to automate an email to go out to the vendor, so that when they enter their email into my site, that email populates within Adobe and sends them the form right away? I'd much prefer that over having to manually do it. Any help would be much appreciated, and I apologize if this is a silly question, I'm still in my first week of using this software 🙂
