Error Accessing Sign App
Posting on behalf of user. Unfortunately our administrator is away, so I'm trying to see if I can help.
Administrator has added use account to Sign. However when user goes to the portal, he gets an error: "To start using Adobe Acrobat Sign, please reach out to your administrator to create a Support ticket to link and <companyname>"
Is this an indication of a problem that we might be able to address without the administrator's assistance?
