Why am I getting

Send for Signature could not send error? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still getting the same error message. Please help. I have documents that I need to get signed.

Hi Eugenet,

As you have mentioned above, you get "Send for signature could not error" when trying to send the document. You have already tried uninstalling and re-installing the application.

Could you please confirm the Adobe application you are using to send the document for signature?

Please try once to send the document directly from Adobe Sign account here Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign

Open the link and sign with the same credentials that you were using the for the application.

Check if you can send the document without any issues.

If the issue persists, please share the email address you used to sign in to the applicaiton in a private message.
